Maintenance

The maintenance is not elaborate. It is sufficient to hoover your carpet once a week without a brush. Once a year you should turn the carpet by 180 degrees and hoover it also from the back. By turning the carpet you protect it from the same insolation and usage for decades.

Flower pots and vases should never stand directly on the carpet. Always put a mat below containers which come into contact with water.

If your carpet slips or wrinkles, this is not a lack of quality. Just order a suitable mat depending on the kind of surface. In that way your valuable carpet is protected.

In case of a mishap, e.g. a burnt hole or a stain, don’t experiment yourself; rather call us.
